Winter Wonderland & Ice Skating Experience

The City of Conyers is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to design, install, operate, maintain, and remove a seasonal ¿Winter Wonderland¿ and Ice Skating Experience at Celebration Park located in Olde Town Conyers, Georgia. Proposals will be accepted until the due date and time on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at Celebration Park (pavilion), 949 NE Main Street, Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, June 18, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum.
