The purpose of this Courier Services ITQ Contract is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to perform pre-defined, as-needed, and emergency (on-demand) courier services by picking-up and delivering shipments for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies and users of this Contract.  Services are needed in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania.
