The purpose of the Emergency Care Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide turnkey congregate sheltering services and large-scale feeding operations in response to an emergency or a Governor declared disaster. The services will be used when the scope, scale, and complexity of requirements which emerge during an incident or event, exceed the existing and available resources of the ‘authority having jurisdiction’.
