The Department of Corrections (DOC) is soliciting Suppliers to submit qualifications for the Commissary Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Those Suppliers that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Commissary Products to the DOC.Please go to https://www.dgs.pa.gov/Materials-Services-Procurement/Procurement-Resources/Pages/ITQ-Documents.aspx to view a list of ITQ Contracts and related documents.First, suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number.
