Addendum #003, which includes the Department's written answers to the written questions received by the deadline in the ITB Timeline, is attached.
In addition, Addendum #003 replaces Attachment IV, Price Page, revises language in various sections of the ITB, and revises Attachment X - Vendor Certification.
