Pursuant to §163.10(b) of the State Finance Law (“Single or sole source procurements for services or commodities, or procurements made to meet emergencies arising from unforeseen causes, may be made without a formal competitive process and shall only be made under unusual circumstances …”), the New York State Department of Transportation hereby publishes notice of the following (exempt) procurement transaction for a purchase order necessary to obtain Skyline software maintenance from 10/1/2024-5/8/2025.
