Shared Services and Telehealth Mental Health

These services will focus on efforts to support the birth to five early care and education (ECE) workforce through activities including expanding workforce opportunities and career pathway programs, increasing access to benefits, and supporting improved compensation for ECE providers. CCF will work with NYAEYC to increase access to workforce benefits by leveraging and expanding membership in NY’s early childhood shared services alliance called the New York Early Learning Alliance (NYELA).  NYELA is administered by NYAEYC, who is also responsible for providing the early childhood workforce access to telehealth mental health benefits through the New York Early Learning Resources (NYELR) platform. The expansion of membership to the NYELA and NYELR will provide access to valuable management tools, implementation and sustainability coaching, and employee benefits that will reduce administrative burden, support staff wellbeing and allow for more time and resources to go towards supporting prospective and enrolled children and families at childcare centers across New York State.
