Security Awareness Training Program

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's Digital Modernization Cybersecurity Office (DMCS) requires the service of a qualified vendor to provide a Security Awareness Training Platform on a Brand Name or Equal product that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics identified in this solicitation.  The Brand Name product is KnowBe4. Requesting base year plus two (one-year) options. DMCS is not exercising the option year on the current contract that expires August 11, 2025. DMCS acknowledges that this is a new procurement and continuity in services is an acceptable risk for the team.
