No Proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of sixty (60) daysdays.Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for the Water, Sewer, Gas & Electric Facilities SCADA System Upgrades is described briefly as followsProposal Documents: Complete digital proposal documents are available at www.QuestCDN.com. You may view the digital documents for free by entering the Quest project number 10219583 on the website¿s project search page. The fee to download the digital documents is $200 (non-refundable) payable through the website. A proposal will not be considered by the Owner unless the Proposer is on record with Quest/ESG Engineering, Inc. as having purchased and received complete Proposal Documents. Copies of Proposal Documents may be obtained from ESG Engineering- contact Renee Keith at rkeith@inframark.com to procure Proposal Documents and to be added to the Proposal Holders List (required to Propose on project). Digital will be provided upon non-reimbursable payment of $200.All submitting a Proposal must have appropriate registration and licensure to preform work in the project¿s jurisdiction
