S-11 Range Modernization - Demolition

Iowa DPD seeks professional services for the demolition of various existing site elements as noted in the construction documents as well as the rough grading of the site and the construction of some new site fixtures. Also included is the relocation of existing sanitary sewer service lines. All other existing utility services are to remain on the property and shall be protected for future construction.
