Description:SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (hereinafter referred to as “SUNY DHSU”) currently operate Roche Diagnostics Cobas 6800 and Cobas 4800 Analyzer equipment in support for lab testing in the Clinical Virology Department at University Hospital in Brooklyn New York. SUNY DHSU seeks to enter into a 41 month agreement for reagents and consumables pursuant to Roche Premier GPO contract # PP-LA-658.
Accordingly, a CRER request was made to OSC and granted on November 14, 2025 for a single source exemption from advertising for the agreement.
