Road Maintenance REBID, Cedar Rock State Park, Buchanan County

The project consists of granular roadway maintenance – Blading/ Shaping the roadway, shoulder work pothole repair, minor ditch cleaning, spreading/blading/rolling new rock, and the replacement of one culvert. The contract period will be based on an approximate start date and working days, defined by Iowa DOT Standard Specifications, Series 2023, Section 1108, Prosecution and Progress. The approximate start date is September 30, 2026. There are 25 working days. Please see the plans and bid package as noted below. Bid Closing Date and Time: 6/25/2026 at 3:00 PM.
