RFP 26-FD01, Fire Station Generators-Annual Mntc & Repair Services

The City of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a pool of contractors to provide inspection, preventative maintenance, testing, and repair services for natural gas emergency standby generators at Milton¿s Fire Stations. This contract is primarily intended to support Milton Fire-Rescue operations; however, other City departments may utilize the contract at their discretion if needed. The City desires an initial one-year contract with the potential for three (3) annual renewals. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
