RFII 1220, Catering Services for Tall Ship Receptions

The information received will be used by the City of Alexandria (City) to facilitate the decision‐making process. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Qualifications (RFQu), and no contract will be awarded from this request.The City is advertising this RFII to determine the availability of qualified and interested vendors, and to gather feedback on interest and capacity of the vendor via a forthcoming informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) for providing catering services for up to nine total receptions that will occur over three consecutive evenings (Friday, June 12, 2026 to Sunday June 14, 2026) aboard the historic tall ships: Kalmar Nyckel, Sultana, and Providence.
