Request for Proposal (RFP) Web-Based Retailer Licensing Application System

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, test, and implement a modern, web-based Retailer Licensing Application System. This system will replace the existing paper-based process currently used by prospective retailers to apply for a lottery license. The goal is to deliver a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform that streamlines application intake, enhances data integrity, improves tracking and communication, and aligns with GLC¿s modernization strategy.
