This Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) solicits offers from qualified vendors (alternatively “Proposer”, “Offeror” and “Bidder”), of which one vendor will be selected in providing an Recycling and Waste Removal Services for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”). The Recycling and Waste Removal Services that are needed is for multiple locations within the vicinity of SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”) and Satellite sites as well. This IFB outlines the terms and conditions and all applicable information for submitting a bid. Bidders should pay strict attention to the bid submission date and time, and all other requirements set forth herein, so as to prevent disqualification due to failure to comply herewith ( See Attachment). Those wishing to participate in this procurement may download the IFB documents attached to this advertisement and submit via email a scanned copy of the Summary Information Form (Intent to Bid/No Bid) as soon as possible. Any updates to the solicitation and answers to questions will be posted and released through the New York State Contract Reporter via an Addendum. It is the responsibility of all vendors to: Be advised that submission of responses to the solicitation that do not reflect and take into account updated information may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive to the solicitation.
