PTAC Replacement

Iowa DPD seeks professional services to remove XX (number determined per project) old units and move to customers’ location on site.  Remove existing control devices. Provide Amana PTC153J35AXXX PTAC units-electric heat. Install new units in old sleeves. Provide, install, and program PECO T85320cc-1 thermostat, add wire mold conduit and new conventional, thermostat wiring.  Perform, document, and provide copy of start-up on all units. Provide 1 year labor and parts warranty. All work to be done Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm.  This solicitation will be broken in 4 service lines, which will be treated as 4 projects, and awards will be made on a line by line basis. All projects could be awarded to one vendor if they are the apparent low for each, or multiple awards may be made. All bids must be submitted via IMPACS. There will not be a public bid opening for this project. Site visit scheduled for June 30th at 10am.
