Pre-Advertisement Notice: JWCE Grinders Parts and Ancillary Services

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of JWC Environmental (JWCE) grinders, OEM parts, and repair services supporting wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on whether they meet the minimum technical, manufacturer authorization, and service capability requirements necessary to support specialized wastewater equipment operations. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility for the supply of certified JWCE grinders and OEM parts, as well as providing maintenance, repair, replacement, and rapid-response service support to ensure continuous and reliable system performance.
