The New York State Department of Health has been granted an exemption by the Office of State Comptroller (OSC) from giving notice in the NYS Contract Reporter to add funding to expand their scope of work to include providing ongoing training and technical assistance to the 17 evidence-based Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) programs (7 Nurse Family Partnership and 10 Healthy Families New York programs).
