Patient Centered Medical Homes Data Purchase with NCQA

The Department is entering into an agreement with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for NYS Patient Centered Medical Homes (NYS PCMH), which became eligible for managed care incentive enhancements that allows providers recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as NYS PCMH to earn additional PCMH dollars. To qualify, practices must report on select quality metrics and these measures will be reported to NCQA during the NYS PCMH application/renewal process. This agreement is to purchase data on these quality metrics from NCQA.
