The NYS Office of Mental Health has been granted an exemption from advertising in the NYS Contractor Reporter by the Office of State Comptroller. OMH contracted with KAM of Western Dutchess County INC in order to provide Water damage mitigation, Equipment Rental and Extended Rental Services due to emergency clean up needs. These needs were a direct result of a pipe bursting which caused the Psychiatric Center to flood. The agreement is to pay invoices from services rendered. This agreement will last from 05/14/2025 - 03/31/2026.
