North Congress Street Waterline Construction - ITB

Complete the construction of the 12-Inch Water Line Replacement. Generally, the project includes the installation of approximately 2,700-Linear Feet (LF) of twelve (12)-inch water line and approximately 90-LF of six (6)-inch water line along North Congress Street (US 321 and SC 49) including piping, valves, hydrants, connections, services, and all associated construction and restoration work.
