IFB/GS/DEAM/2505-1250190/Citywide On-Call Painting and Pressure Washing Services

The Department of Watershed Management ("DWM"), Department of Parks and Recreation ("DPR") and Department of Asset Management ("DEAM") are seeking vendors to provide painting and pressure washing services at various City of Atlanta facilities ("COA"). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a service provider(s) for on-call painting and pressure washing services for the City of Atlanta at support locations in the metro Atlanta area. Services include pressure washing, cleaning, sanding, filling voids, scraping and caulking of all areas prior to painting.
