IDQ - MEP Professional Services

Provide basic and additional services on all phases of project planning, design, construction, and building system commissioning. Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing professional services may include studies and various regulatory requirements (e.g. DHEC, SCHPO, BAR, OSE, etc.). The firm must be able to provide design documents in AutoCAD drawings and/or Revit as well as presentation drawings and/or photos in PDF format and MS Word.
