IBM  Accelerated Value Program (AVP) Service Renew

IBM is the sole manufacturer and provider of Maximo Enterprise Asset Software, a critical system used by WMATA's asset management and maintenance offices, supply chain management, and IT departments for tracking maintenance material management records. Since its adoption in May 2006, Maximo has served as WMATA's official software for Enterprise Asset Management. Through the Accelerated Value Program (AVP), WMATA benefits from 24/7/365 access to a dedicated IBM support team, including escalation to Premier Level 2 and 3 customer support for resolving software-related technical issues. Additionally, WMATA receives early access to all software downloads, upgrades, patches, and fixes ahead of public release. IBM's technical support under AVP includes comprehensive assistance with product functionality, software updates, and patches, provided at no additional cost to WMATA.
