Feta Clearcut 25/26 Timber Sale

SALE ADVERTISEMENT Feta Clearcut 25/26 Timber Sale The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service is seeking sealed bids for the sale of timber. This sale consists of the clearcutting of approximately 126 acres of 38-year-old planted sand pine on Tate's Hell State Forest in Franklin County, Florida (see attached maps). Timber available for harvest includes all standing merchantable timber within the boundaries of the 126-acre parcel.  The estimated harvest volume of this sale is 11,724 tons of pine pulpwood. There are no other product class volumes for this sale. Sale boundaries are roads, wetlands, or obvious timber type changes. This is a twelve (12) month contract.
