FDVA-ITB-26-002B-Lopez-Air Handlers Removal and Replacement

Purpose and Scope. FDVA invites interested Contractors to submit bids in accordance with this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 6919 Parkway Blvd. Land O’ Lakes, Fl. 34639 (Pasco County).The successful Contractor shall provide labor, services, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required in the performance of the Agreement. Contractor shall remove the existing air handlers 1,2,3 and 6 and replace with new air handlers 1,2,3 and 6. Contractor shall provide (4) new Daikin air-handling units, which meet the building specifications plans provided. ( See provided building attachments and pictures. (FDVA Baldomero Lopez – M7.1 and M7.2 Specifications ). Contractor will provide staff training, proper disposal of all project related waste, as well as one (1) annual system inspection, including but not limited to testing and repairs.
