FDVA- ITB-26-001B-Lopez Nurse Call System

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 6919 Parkway Blvd. Land O’ Lakes, Fl. 34639 (Pasco County).The successful Contractor shall provide labor, services, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required in the performance of the Agreement. Contractor shall remove the existing analog nurse call system equipment and wiring, and upon removal immediately remit to FDVA Contract Manager (on site project manager). Further, Contractor will fully provide the design-build process, installation of a new nurse call system utilizing structured wiring ( see provided Architectural Design drawings attachments. (FDVA Baldomero Lopez – Bid Set - Electrical and FDVA Baldomero Lopez – Division 26,27 Specifications ).Contract will provide staff training, proper disposal of all project related waste, as well as one (1) annual system inspection, including but not limited to testing and repairs. Contractor must demonstrate the experience and capability to deliver and execute the requirements specified in the solicitation. For further details, see “Statement of Work - FDVA Baldomero Lopez – Bid Set - Electrical and FDVA Baldomero Lopez – Division 26,27 Specifications ).The term of this Contract shall commence on the date of the Agreement’s full execution, with no renewals. FDVA requires specified services to be completed to the full satisfaction and acceptance of FDVA and any applicable authorities having jurisdiction, within one hundred  and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of Agreement’s full execution.
