FAM-25-039 Future Procurement - Regional Post Permanency Consortia Services

Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is looking to procure regional post permanency consortia services. VDSS intends to procure five post permanency services and supports, one in each region (Central, Eastern, Piedmont, Northern, and Western) of the Commonwealth of Virginia. VDSS intends for each future contractor to work towards the prevention of children and youth from entering or re-entering the foster care system, and to ensure that quality post permanency services and supports are available and accessible to families regardless of where they reside within their region. Note: This is an update to the original future procurement posting (FPR 86144-4). The timeline for RFP posting has changed from February 9, 2026 to March 9, 2026.
