Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §50-5-50 et seq.), the University of Georgia is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish contracts with qualified enterprise AI platform suppliers to support institution-wide access to large language model (LLM) based AI tools, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Athens, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Prospective bidders should only contact the University of Georgia Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for the University of Georgia. The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet. Any contract award(s) resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier(s) meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions. The University of Georgia reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award and to award all items to one or more supplier, individual line items to one or more suppliers, or subcategories of products/services to one or more suppliers when to do so is in the best interests of the State of Georgia.
This solicitation is designed to establish a contract vehicle that is intended to provide access to the Supplier¿s enterprise AI product portfolio as defined at the time of award. Additional products released during the contract term may be made available, provided such products are within the general scope of enterprise AI and are offered under pricing structures and discounting consistent with the awarded contract.
