Equifax provides OTDA with access to Employment and Income Verifiaction data, to be used in performing eligibility determinations for applications, renewals, and continued eligibility and benefit level for government benefits that include, but are not limited by, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Public Assistance (PA), The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Medicaid Assistance (MA), the Child Care Assistance Program (CC), and Child Support Services (CSS). OTDA completes over 200,000 employment verification lookups monthly.
