Alaska Statute 44.23.080 authorizes the Attorney General of the State of Alaska or the Attorney General’s designee to issue an administrative subpoena for certain information when there is reasonable cause to believe that an Internet service account has been used in connection with a violation of AS 11.41.452, AS 11.41.455 or AS 11.61.125-11.61.128.I Stephen J. Cox, Attorney General, designate to personnel in the Deputy Attorney General position, including any personnel acting in this position, to review and, if appropriate, issue administrative subpoenas pursuant to AS 44.23.080.This appointment is effective December 17, 2025and continues until withdrawn by the Attorney General.Dated: December 17, 2025/s/Stephen J.
