Description
The purpose of this MOU is to establish the process and procedures by which VDSS' Division of Child Support Enforcement will securely share data with DMV to enable the suspension or refusal to renew the driver's license of noncustodial parents (NCPs) who meet certain statutory criteria. This MOU further established the process by which VDSS will reimburse DMV for the actual cost of mailing, by certified mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Orders of Suspension to NCPs designated by VDSS.
