.This Solicitation requires licensed and qualified clinical laboratories with specimen collection/blood draw stations located in Montgomery County, to provide collection of biological specimens, courier services, clinical lab testing services, supplies and lab reports for the County’s Public Health clinics, School Based Health and Wellness Centers, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and other County Departments.
