Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has two (2) ISO-7 certified cleanrooms with a minimum total area of 299 square feet available for lease. The lease will include access to the ISO-7 clean room, gowning materials, staff training, as well as environmental monitoring data to ensure compliance and safety. Each room will be equipped with a 6-foot Biological Safety Cabinet, three stainless steel tables, and an undercounter refrigerator. The lease will also provide access during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), standard room maintenance, and cleaning of all common spaces.
