Classification:Medical & Health Care- Commodities Opportunity Type: Notice of sole/single source or procurement exempt from advertising Entered By:Frantz Poyau Description:SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (hereinafter referred to as “SUNY DHSU”) currently operates the Bio Rad Bioplex 2200 System in support for lab testing in the Clinical Virology Department at University Hospital in Brooklyn New York. SUNY DHSU seeks to enter into a five (5) year agreement with Bio Rad Diagnostics Group for the provision of testing equipment, reagents and consumables. Accordingly, a CRER request was made to OSC and granted on November 17, 2025 for a single source exemption from advertising for the new agreement.
