BI-ANNUAL EXTERIOR RAILCAR CLEANING

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to provide bi-annual exterior cleaning services for WMATA's railcar fleets with a one (1) base year Period of Performance (POP) and four (4) one (1) year options. The goal is to have all 1,202 WMATA railcars cleaned to a level of quality that is compliant with this Scope of Work and sufficient for vehicles to return to revenue service.
