Assessment of Paratransit Program

WMATA is seeking professional services to support MetroAccess Phase 0 assessment of its existing paratransit program to perform the following key tasks: 1. Evaluate WMATA's current paratransit technology portfolio and develop a recommended modernization strategy, including a detailed roadmap and project charter to support Phase I and Phase II funding. 2. Create a Phase I implementation plan to prepare WMATA for the deployment of a new or enhanced paratransit system. This plan will address platform architecture, required system integrations, data migration, artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, configuration management, staffing needs, mobile and remote scheduling capabilities, and process automation. 3. Develop a recommended acquisition strategy for the selection and procurement of a new paratransit system, including the identification of the most suitable software product or solution.
