The New York City Department of Education’s (NYCDOE) Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) will release a Multiple Task Award Contract (MTAC) solicitation for Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators. The MTAC will seek proposals from organizations experienced in providing professional development in early childhood education services.
