9/8/2025 - Addendum One (1) Questions and Answers posted. This electronic Request for Information (eRFI) is being issued to solicit information from interested suppliers regarding a Centralized Communication Solution for the Technical College System of Georgia - Campus Safety Division (hereinafter, TCSG) as outlined in this document. TCSG will use the information generated by this eRFI in conjunction with other information available to determine the solution that best serves its interests and operational needs. TCSG is seeking to establish a centralized 911 emergency communication solution to support the public safety operations of its 23 campus law enforcement agencies across 88 locations statewide. TCSG intends to implement a Central Emergency Communication Center that will be singularly located to serve as the dedicated 911 and dispatch hub for all TCSG college institutions. This centralized solution is essential to ensure consistent, reliable and coordinated law enforcement response across all TCSG campus locations.
