Description
The NYS Insurance Fund (NYSIF) will be entering into a 5-year Sole Source contract in conjunction with the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) with Lenox Park to provide an MWBE Survey with regards to Workers Compensation Law 87-I. In accordance with Workers Compensation Law 87-I, NYSIF has established an MWBE Asset Management & Financial Institution Strategy aimed at increasing utilization of MWBE Asset Managers, MWBE Financial Institutions, and MWBE Financial and Professional Service Firms. Lenox Park will survey NYSIF’s contracted Investment firms and create the MWBE report outlining the firms that are at least 51% owned by one or more minority groups and/or women members in accordance with the legislature requirements.
