Eastern State Hospital’s Building 1 Hot Water Heating boiler system has failed. Both Lochinvar boilers associated with the heating of domestic water have heat exchanger leaks and are deemed inoperable. Due to the age of the units, it is imperative we replace one at minimum to continue to provide water temperatures suitable for patient care and competitively solicit for an additional replacement.
