Description
On December 5, 2025, the New York State Office of the State Comptroller granted the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) an exemption for competitively advertising, thus approving its single source justified selection to provide ‘511NY Travel Information System Maintenance Services’ through September 30, 2026.
Pursuant to NY State Finance Law Section 163.10 (b), the Department is stating that a competitive procurement was not feasible pending cost justification for the volume of work expansion based on FTA Special Directives.
