26RFP1600540B-PS Delinquent Tax Preparation Services

Fulton County, Georgia (¿County¿) Provide type-written title examinations and abstracts and other delineated delinquent, pre-tax sales preparation services to the Fulton County Sheriff¿s Office (the ¿Sheriff¿s Office¿) and (2) provide certain delineated post-tax sale services (collectively, the ¿Delinquent Tax Sales Preparation Services¿) to the Sheriff¿s Office in connection with each successful tax sale. The purpose of the actions undertaken by the selected contractor in performing the services are to aid the Sheriff in providing statutory notice to each and every owner, lien holder, lender, and or any party with an interest in property that is scheduled to be sold at the Sheriff¿s Delinquent Property Tax Sales (Tax Sales¿) and the subsequent Excess Funds generated from those tax sales. The contractor will inform the Sheriff¿s Office of all title defects by performing a full title examination and review of all title expectations.
