Description
Per Office of the State Comptroller contract reporter exemption request approval letter dated August 29, 2025, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to enter into a contract with the Natural Heritage Trust for Forestry and Land Specialist Services to support implementation of Govern Hochul’s 25 Million Trees by 2033 Initiative.
