05/21/2026: GT Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) unit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1 RFQ) from Firms interested in providing Design-Build (DB) Services for a project known as ¿BOR Project No. J-468 Groseclose Building Deferred Renewal" located at the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, Atlanta, Georgia. Respondents who are determined qualified may be shortlisted for Interview and offer proposals for these services (Step 2 RFP).
