2026-033-ITB Commercial Moving Services for VRE

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Commercial Moving Services for VRE (Annual Contract w/ Options to Renew). Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Late Bids will not be accepted. Project work is specific to the Department of Voter Registration & Elections which includes scheduled and unscheduled elections that will occur during the contract period. These services are needed to move election equipment stored at the DeKalb County Voter Registration & Elections Warehouse located at 4380 Memorial Drive, Decatur, GA 30032 to and from polling sites throughout the County.
